Industrial Relations Experience
Must Have Exp With Trade Unions Ceppwawu advantage
Wage Negotiations
Proficient With Microsoft Office Applications Including Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word And Powerpoint
Psiber Payroll Experience Strong Advantage
Reporting To The HR GROUP EXECUTIVE You Will Assume Responsibility For Providing Support To The Business On A Range Of Human Resources Functions In Accordance With Policies, Procedures And Legislative Requirements.
It Is Essential That You Have Gained Your Experience Within The Manufacturing / Furniture Sector.
Experience With CCMA / Wage Negotiations.
Key Result Areas :
Employment Equity -Meet all statutory requirements and annual submissions of the EE Report to the Department of Labour
Skills Development - Meet all statutory requirements of the SD Act, Assist with the annual submissions of the WSP / ATR
Industrial Relations - Ensures compliance and Represents the organization in IR forums
Wage negotiations
Health and Safety - Act as the Health and Safety representative for the Company. Meet all statutory requirements of the OHSA and COIDA act
Performance Management - Ensure that the performance reviews are completed
HR Administration
Employee Benefits Completion of documents (Pension, Disability, UIF, Death claims)
Payroll - Assist with the completion of new engagement documentation
