Job DescriptionPrepare documentation for Project Planning, Estimation, Risk Management, Project Control and Visibility includes (but is not limited to) the following;

Documenting business cases, terms of references and project bid specifications for ICT projects and operations system documentation;

Define and prepare document the project / product software requirements like user manuals and user guide documents;Prepare appropriate documents as per client needs like Memorandums, Business Requirement Documents, Use Case Diagrams and others;

Provide support documentation for Systems and the ability to apply principles, procedures and complete complex assignments.

RequirementsAccepted professional certifications like CBAP, CSM, ITIL, etc.5 years experience in business or systems analysis role.
