Key responsibilities :

  • General office administration including minute taking, general typing, filing, arranging meetings etc.
  • Fundraising and other functions administration and preparations
  • Resident administration such as maintenance of resident files, assist with resident admissions and correspondence with families
  • Professional liaison with stakeholders
  • Basic personnel administration
  • Compile and distribute newsletters and manage social media accounts
  • Requirements :

  • Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Office Administration)
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience (including administrative and clerical procedures)
  • Computer literate
  • Confidential handling of information
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Pro-active marketing, media communication and social media
  • Solid financial understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed emotional intelligence
  • Passion for social responsibility (working with the elderly)
