Live alarm and incident alerts monitoring 6. Ensure shift handover documentation complete 2. Call taking from key authorised users or clients 7.
Perform Change Management checks 3. Incident call logging to relevant resolver group 8. Access control 4. Incident coordination and escalation of calls 9.
Team / shift lead 5. Adhoc requests for reports 10.Handle complex issues and provide feedback to management as required
