Minimum 7 years experience. AA position. Key Responsibilities Coordinate order management services Goods receipting and matching up of documents for payment of goods and services Administration of Supplier Contracts and SLAs Load purchasing and POs onto in-house system Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Analyse past spend as well as forecast spend and savings Lead Supplier Listing and Supplier Evaluation Process Source new suppliers and negotiate with the suppliers Analyse and report supplier performance metrics Enhance BBBEE rating through monitoring suppliers and contracting and buying from BBBEE accredited suppliers Stakeholder Management and Communication Work collaboratively with management to implement the procurement strategy Ensure reports and databases are up to date and accurate Competencies Attention to Detail Communication Negotiation Relationship Management Analytical Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Grade 12 National Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce degree in Cost Management Accounting / Purchase Management / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Logistics MS Office at advanced level 7+ years relevant working experience Must have valid drivers license and own transport
