Our client, a South African-based FinTech company, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Analyst located in South Africa, to join their exciting team.

They have taken the frustrating task of getting loans as an SME and turned it on it’s head. Using technology to change the funding game.

Now SMEs have a quick and easy application process that uses their credit model to analyse the SMEs’ growth potential.

As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you are someone who is excited by being creative but driven by rigorous data analysis.

You will be responsible for the customer journey and ensure that their experience is the best it can possibly be.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who has :

3-5 years’ experience in relevant field.

Sound digital sales and marketing background required.

Able to launch and track effective succession plans and marketing campaigns.

Project management skills.

Ability to harness data to inform decisions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-driven and highly motivated.

Flexible and able to perform in agile environments.

High energy with a youthful approach.

Tertiary qualification (Degree, Diploma, Certificate / s marketing and / or analytics).

Has a keen interest in UX (user) experience and / or consumer psychology.

Responsibilities :

Manage internal and external processes and consult with stakeholders to launch campaign development projects, to improve adoption, trust and education of the platform.

You will repost directly to the CEO and Co-founder

Custodian for multi-channel communication.

Facilitate in-depth data-driven analysis to provide business / customer insights.

Interpretation and dashboard visibility will be used to assess the most critical components of the business channel and campaign success.

Conduct market research to leverage data and insights, in order to inform strategy and growth plans.

Responsible for brand integrity, consistency, and trust.

Consult with developers and designers on user experience for web, print, catalogues, and social media.

Timeous review of all brand assets and collateral.

Track and record metrics throughout the digital sales process.

Sound understanding of expenses regarding advertising and paid media.

  • Creative thinking and problem solving encouraged.
  • Must own the channels.

    Accountable for the budget of the channel.

    Present on the channel performance.

    Implement the channel strategy.

    Responsible for lead funnel i.e., acquisition, engagement, conversion, disbursement.
