TruSense Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd* is seeking a reliable Office Administrator to join our *Pretoria office in Gauteng, South Africa*.
This an excellent opportunity for a career in a support role for an engineering and technology company. The Office Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working independently with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy and able to work in a small entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities will include
General typing of reports and documents as well as taking and recording minutes
Support preparation of tenders and bid documents
Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for staff and management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Other general office administration duties as specified
Post high school qualification Diploma / Degree in relevant field
At least 3 years proven experience working in a corporate environment
Highly proficient in English read, write, speak
Admin skills : Filling, minutes taking, travel arrangements and working with clients
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point
Valid South African Drivers License
Eligible to live and work in South Africa* Experience working in a professional services company in the Engineering & Built Environment / Scientific sector will be an added advantage.
