Purpose of the Job
To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through timely, effective and efficient completion of a depots’
Job Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities
Accurate and Efficient handling of contract management administration, from start to end of hire
Assisting Sales Engineers and Service Operations with Delivery and Collection from sites if required
Efficient purchasing from third party suppliers for contract related services such as transport, fuel etc. and
completion of related purchase orders.
Reminders to Sales Engineers of credit’ / further payment due of cash hires (to ensure no bad debts)
Accurate and timely production of invoices and cost sheets during the month (for hires completed) and at month
end (for on-going hires).
Credit notes where required
Pro-forma invoices as required by Sales Engineer (for advance payment / Cash Customers)
Housekeeping of various ABI reports required on a daily and weekly basis
Preventative measures for outstanding Power Pack items (closing out outstanding report issues for weekly meeting)
Assisting Sales Engineers and Service Operations team with contract related queries and tasks as required
Contract File Management - ensuring that the contract paperwork is present and compliant. Ensuring that all
required check list documents are within contract file.

Person Specification / Job Requirements
2-3 years relevant experience in an office or similar environment (Car rental, Logistics, Rental Co-ordinator)
