A leading medical company requires a Facility Coordinator to oversee all maintenance requirements on the property as well as maintenance requirements for company vehicles.


Matric and compute literacy

Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in similar role (facility maintenance and fleet maintenance)

You will be responsible for maintenance on facilities such as : -

Aircon, UPS / generators, electric fencing, gates, pest control, fire extinguishers, elevator service, guardhouse / premises, garden and irrigation system, storeroom, carports / shade nets.

You will be responsible for maintenance arrangements on a company fleet of 30 vehicles by managing insurance claims, petrol slips, vehicle service requirements, weekly vehicle inspection, liaising with fleet management company etc.

An experienced individual who is well organised and able to multitask to make sure everything runs smoothly
