SUMMARY : Office Assistant

POSITION INFO :

Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.

The Office Assistant''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
