Our Client is looking for a dynamic sales executive to acquire and increase sales and key account clients. The potential candidate MUST have experience in the building and construction and / or refrigeration industry with a strange drive and plenty initative in building long lasting relationships with clients.
Role Description :
Client acquisition : Source and Acquire new key accounts in line with growth strategy
Client acquisition : Identify and acquire significant independent clients.
Grow national presence : Establish outside of Gauteng sales footprint in line with growth strategy (potentially monthly round trip)
Client project management : Seeing acquired projects through from acquisition, through execution and sign off to payment
Manage and grow your sales pipeline
Sales & marketing strategy : Support the overall sales & marketing strategy
Commercial management (quotations, invoicing, debtors management)
Relationship management (internal / external)
Skills requirements
Basic technical refrigeration knowledge preferable
IT skills (Excel ,Word ,PowerPoint)
Client relationship management both corporate and individual.
Project Management
Sales and key account management
Basic knowledge of building sites and measuring skills
Good negotiation skills
Commission on all paid sales within 2 months
