The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties : Managing the full recruitment life cycle within the assigned business unitsProvision of HR business support to client groupFull scope of employee & industrial relationsImplementation and management of the HR plan within client groupPolicy and process complianceContinuous improvement of HR and where relevant business practices and processesResponsible for client group onboarding, life cycle and offboarding processes, which includes attending to all related employee queries The ideal candidate has National Diploma or undergraduate degree in HR or Industrial PsychologyPostgraduate qualification would be advantageousHR generalist experience in a HR Business PartnerIndustrial relations experience including but not limited to dealing with unions / shop stewards and union members APPLY NOW !!!
