Payroll Complete the wage payroll on a monthly basis ( 140 employees) · Employee Relations preparing all disciplinary documentation.
Training Arrange all training for employee. · Leave Advise supervisors on leave procedures and requirements and ensure all leave forms are submitted and captured timeously.
EE, Training and Staff Forum Coordinate and assist with the Employment Equity, Training and Staff Forums. · Insurance Claims Obtain all the required information and submit timeously to the insurance companies.
Filing and HR Administration HR relevant diploma / Degree · 3-5 years general HR experience · Reside in Southern Suburbs
