Qualification :

B Degree (Behavioural Science) or Equivalent

Experience :

Minimum of 7 years experience in Human Resources, with

At least 3 years in a "generalist" role

Job Knowledge :

Relevant legislations e.g. BCEA; EEA; SDA; SLA; UIF; WCA; LRA; SARS

Skills :

Excellent computer Skills (MS Office proficient)

Project Management skills

    Implement career and succession management plans for the respective departments Human Resources Development

    Facilitate and implement change management interventions Ensure employee well being

    Implement and facilitate performance management systems

    Provide input in the development of an industrial relations strategy and ensure implementation Identify training needs and interventions

    Compile and communicate monthly reports to management Management of Employment Equity and reports
