In the role of Recruitment Team Lead, the requirement will be to oversee the execution of resourcing for two or more business units in the UK.

Managing a team of experienced Recruiters, the role will be focussed on driving service delivery across your teams always linking back to the overall account objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a complex group of stakeholders across two or more business units, ensuring effective resourcing delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Hold a req load of circa 50% from your aligned Business Units.
  • Direct team management for a team of circa 9 ensuring your team are consistently hitting contractual KPI’s & Account SLA’s
  • Coaching and development for your team of Recruiters.
  • When applicable, recruitment Project Management for large scale hiring projects within your Business Units.
  • Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and lead on small-medium sized projects from initiation to completion.
  • Supporting the Regional Quarterly Insights Meetings alongside the UK Account Director.
  • Working closely with the Warsaw TDC to ensure strong engagement and collaboration with the off-shore model.
  • Work with the UK Account Director with respect account volumes / forecasting to ensure accurate account forecasting.
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • The ability to oversee the resourcing delivery of 1200+ hires per year.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods to enable direct hiring
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • The ability to identify and deliver on continuous improvement opportunities within the account.
  • An ability to identify potential obstacles, issues, roadblocks and proactively address and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills to help support Quarterly Insight Meetings with the business.
  • Experience of dealing with escalations and effective resolution management
  • An understanding of the Pharma market would be beneficial.
  • Previous management experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Travel will be required to different client sites therefore must be willing to travel up to two days a week.
