Type correspondence, reports and other documents - Debtors, Creditors, Cash-ups, Daily Banking - Maintain office files - Take minutes at meetings and distribute minutes accordingly - Coordinate repairs to office equipment - Assist Branch Manager with ad-hoc duties and responsibilities - Monthly reporting - Assist with regular stock takes at Branch - Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of bathroom, kitchen, server room, meeting room & boardroom - Maintain & Update Information Board - Coordinate & maintain personnel schedule, working hours & leave roster - Any additional duties as requested by Management - Register of all IT issues & problems coordinate consultants - Control of staff refreshments & cleaning material - Order & control of all document printing (invoices, credit notes, transfer docs) - Control of copiers, toners end printing paper - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of desk & office space - Ordering of Groceries and handing it to cleaning lady and warehouse staff - Complete Credit Applications - Supervise Cleaners
