We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our well-established organisation based in RICHARDS BAY. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the administrative and operational functions of the RB office by ensuring that the office is well maintained and that the team is well supported.
Office Manager Responsibilities
As a pivotal support role, some of your main responsibilities as the Office Manager will include :
Being the first point of contact for visitors to the organisation and ensuring that the office area is well maintained.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment
Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems.
Organising staff attendance at conferences and arranging business travel
Being responsible for invoice payments and bank & credit card reconciliations
Assisting with staff expenses administration
Collation of monthly management information and assisting with ad- hoc queries.
Producing and reviewing HR policies
Advising line managers and other employees on HR related matters.
Creating personnel files for new staff.
Reviewing and maintaining employee benefits.
