Job DescriptionTo provide telecommunication solutions to new and existing customers by marketing and matching the ideal products and services to customers needs, thereby, generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

This role requires enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated telesales representatives. A professional telesales representative must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills and abide by good governance and ethical standards.

They must be comfortable presenting products and / or services over the phone as well as dealing with objections and uncertaintiesEssential6 months experience as an outbound call centre agentHigh proficiency in verbal & written English and other local languagesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsSound planning, organising and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExceptional administrative skills, with sound follow-through after contact with customersThe ability to : prioritise and manage work flowanalyse, validate and interpret data / reportsresolve conflict situations amicablyfind effective solutions for customers (i.
