Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ensures completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
  • Document project progress
  • Planning and coordination of project scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Supports the Project Manager by facilitating project logistics such as diary management, booking of meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, transport etc.
  • Compilation and maintenance of project plans and schedules on project management systems
  • Track project expenditure vs budget
  • Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs follow-up management
  • Material coordination between contractors and suppliers as applicable
  • Reporting on status of assigned projects to the Project Manager
  • Delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks and objectives as per the Project Manager's requirements.
  • Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary degree or diploma with more than 2 years' project related experience
  • Consulting experience will be an advantage, it is however not a prerequisite.
  • Strong affiliation to helping and working with people / team player / self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail / passion for accuracy
  • Numerical ability
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
