  • Define Annual targets incorporating new business
  • Support growth of new business - pre-sales assistance
  • Identify and update sales opportunities
  • Identify areas within accounts where Ovations service offering can add value, revenue and growth
  • Guide proposal strategies - viable solution based on opportunity
  • Assist, Review and Present proposals
  • Manage client response to proposals
  • Drive the proposal to closure
  • Opportunity management
  • Ensure the solution being offered is aligned with client strategy
  • Will manage on-going client expectations
  • Review and understand client strategy, organisational structure as well as clients performance in the market
  • Review and understand clients’ corporate governance related to gifts, entertainment etc
  • Client stakeholder management for Ovations engagement Develop account strategy by linking Ovations service offering to client strategies
  • Contract management - ensure that all Master Agreements and individual project agreements (SOW, WA etc) are in place.
  • Familiarise and summarise the salient points of the MSA to be considered / included in the SOW, WA
  • Identify and track potential competitors and positioning within client for Ovations strategy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to SLA’s and adherence to client specific governance policies and procedures
  • If the client has a SDM contract and SLA’s are applicable it is important to be aware of these and the impact on Ovations
