In this position, the Debtors Manger will be reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Manager. We are looking for a strong minded, enterprising person with innovative ideas who will be comfortable to interact at a senior management level.

Qualification : Matric
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in debtors.
Valid Driver’s license (Code 8)
Skills & Experience :
Very strong proven record of accomplishment and experience in managing a large team (at least 20 people).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the role or a similar position
Knowledge of credit and credit-related laws
Experience with retail debt management will be beneficial but not essential
Good telephonic technique
Exceptional client liaison skills at a high level
Proficient management experience of a large debtors’ book
Self-motivated and confident
Excellent organisation skills
Outstanding communication skills
Able to work under pressure
