MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
RSA Citizens only
Relevant Tertiary qualification : BCom with specialisation in HR or BA Industrial Psychology
3 5 years HR Generalist experience
Financial Services industry experience would be an advantage
Perform end to end recruitment function
Attend interviews and participate in selection decisions to meet business requirements
Ensure internal controls are adhered to
Ensure transformation targets are met through consideration of EE targets during recruitment, retention and training processes
Complete and submit the relevant regulatory reports (i.e. WSP / ATR)
Prepare quarterly and Adhoc reports as and when required
Complete the remuneration survey (i.e. Remchannel, SAVCA) reports
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and guidelines and relevant legislation such as EEA, BCEA, etc.
Facilitate disciplinary enquiries and grievance processes.
Offer guidance and support to line managers and employees on ER related matters in line with relevant legislation and company policies
Drive the performance management process by ensuring that all employees complete a performance review and have developmental plans
Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on all matters related to performance management
Assist line managers and employees to address identified gaps by implementing appropriate interventions
Support and drive change and culture initiatives in the business
Remuneration and Incentives
Provide support in the remuneration review process
Conduct salary benchmarking exercise and utilise the relevant remuneration survey data.
Learning and Development
Source training intervention in line with business needs.
Evaluate training programs and assess whether training objectives have been met
