ABOUT THE ROLE : Our client iVvy Australia sell software to the hospitality industryhis software allows this industry to showcase their products, services and venues in a central database where clients can view their details take up their servicesnce the software has been sold our Agents support their clients getting their products set up perfect for viewinghey also support clients if there are problems with sets up and troubleshoot bugs, help with web-skins etcr>

ADDITIONALThis current role supports the UK marketalary is R16 pmHours 9 - 6pm or - 7pm Shift allowance will be paidCurrently this is a but during training it will be based in office / after the pandemic staff return to the officer>

JOB DESCRIPTIONYour role will include but is not limited to : - Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and br>

  • Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software ''bugs''- Training of new & existing clients on Venue Software- Implement, train and manage the setup process for our clientsr>
  • Cross-selling and up selling products and services e Training, Web templates- Assigning and managing designs and custom web-skin workr>
  • SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES- Outstanding skills with an ability to translate complex technical information into layman''s termsr>

  • Excellent written skills, with an ability to describe technical information clearlyr>
  • Excellent time management and an ability to prioritize- A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficientlyr>
  • Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist themr>
  • Experience in a technicalcenter roll, or the events industry, and / or using event management softwarer>
  • A commitment to learning and ongoing personal development- Excellent time management skills, and an ability to prioritizer>
  • A problem solving nature with the ability to work under pressurer>
  • A passion for technology and a solid understanding of the IT world, ideally with experience in software trainingr>
  • MUST HAVES FOR THE ROLE : - Matric- Experience within the Hospitality or with international client would be advantageous- Some IT qualification would be great- Must have knowledge working with HTML and CSS- Experience within an IT field / Tier 1 Support essential / or Cloud based support
