Scope of the role
As a Mid-Weight Designer you are at the heart of the agency’s design output. Creating the work that drives projects forward - you are relied upon to answer design briefs with creative solutions to a high standard.
You bring ideas, energy and solid design skills to any task - from immersion to strategy, expression to implementation. You would be part of a studio consisting of 8 people, in and agency that focusses on cross channel CRM and customer engagement through multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Generate ideas and interesting creative work with strong conceptual foundations
Design from concept to completion across any brand touch-point and support any design related task
Provide valuable input across all stages of a project, from immersion to implementation
Prepare and present work by consolidating materials for pitches, presentations and workshops
Support team members across the design and client service teams to meet collective goals
Keep abreast of advertising and digital trends within industry best practice

Requirements / Experience / Skill
A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar
At least three years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Experience in an Advertising Agency will be advantageous
Experience in designing big publications is advantageous
Proficient in animation, digital design, BTL elements including brochures, banners, in-store POS and more
Proficient in using Apple products (i.e. Mac)
Knowledge of and experience in deep etching photos for print and online use
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Understand advertising as a selling tool
Strong communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Good presentation skills
Team player with ability to work independently
Ability to remain calm in a highly pressurized environment
Ability to accept constructive feedback and learn from it
