Handling phone lines to make reservations, answer customer questions and give quotes. - Transferring cars from location to location depending on customers' needs.
Maintaining the cleanliness and needs of the vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction. - Explaining terms of rental agreements and rental fees.
Completing paperwork with customers and take payments. - Showing customers to their vehicles to point out damage on vehicles before renting.
Checking mileage and inspect for damage when vehicles are returned. - Providing ongoing service and sales support. - Processing online, phone and walk-in reservations.
Making sure the car is clean and filled up with gas at all times. - Providing advice on a wide variety of products and services.
Managing the office administration. - Maintaining the appearance and standards of the company. - Ensuring the office admin is carried as requested.
You be requested to travel on prior arrangements. - You be requested to work on weekends when requested. - Drafting quotes, rental agreements, and minutes for meetings.
Being accessed on Performance index assessment quarterly. - From time to time you will be required to instructions given by heads of other subsidiaries.
