Johannesburg, GautengAs the Senior Manager you are the subject matter expert in campaigns and therefore play a key role in the setting up of all NEW campaigns for the organisation’s campaign management framework.

  • Key Result Areas The Campaign Specialist will for all NEW campaigns, as part of the design process of such campaigns, work with the Data Analytics team in order to design the appropriate propensity model;
  • NEW business campaigns are all campaigns where no historical data exist as to modelling, segmentation, call arrival patterns etc.

    NEW campaign modelling : Propose the best course of action in order to get the best penetration by using modelling, data washing etc.

    Computer programming (preferably SAS, R, Java, SQL and Python) Monitor and report on the application of and adherence to applicable regularity regulations and rules of campaign management Perform ongoing governance checks and inform Campaign Management of potential risks.

    Strategize Sales optimization and Enablement Strategize improved contactability and performance uplift for NEW campaigns e.

    g. ITC runs, improved modelling strategize uplift initiatives. Enable business as the Campaign Management SME by providing relevant insights on campaign management.

    Source and prepare additional data sets for Business and Campaign Management, as and when requested, in order to ensure optimal use of trough periods in Outbound Sales areas Provide insight to support Business and Campaign management with smart decision making e.

    g. Diminishing return models cost per attempt, optimal focus per campaign type Provide a strategic view of contact centre seats costs : Acquisition costs vs.

    Income. Skills Required QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4) Relevant 3-year Business degree / diploma in Business Management and / or BSC degree Honours Degree in a quantitative field : mathematics, statistics or computer science.

    Post-honours academic certification in data science topics (i.e. machine learning, data visualisation, natural language processing, etc) Essential experience for the role includes : At least 5-

    7 years’ experience in Direct Marketing & Campaign Management Analytics or MI experience Data management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL Advanced Excel skills Desirable experience for the role includes : Specialist experience in a Predictive Modelling environment.

    Experience in the financial services industry in South Africa specifically long-term insurance. Experience in Campaign Management, lead allocation management & direct marketing Experience of dealing with relevant stakeholders e.

    g. work force management, contact centres. Relevant Contact centre and management information training. Knowledge of : Contact centre Knowledge (Inbound / Outbound) Workforce management
