Duties and Responsibilities; but not limited to : Partners with HR team to analyze, develop, implement, validate, optimize, streamline, deploy and / or automate organizational development processes, programs, and other learning experiences that are aligned to strategic priorities and organizational objectives, to include Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and New Hire Orientation.

Conducts needs analysis of individual, team and leader development requests from executives and department managers and partners with HR team to determine the solutions needed to improve, cultivate, and support employee performance and reinforce our culture journey.

Supports organization-wide workforce planning and headcount reporting by partnering with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.

Performance and Talent Management system reporting setup, creation, analysis, and reporting.Analyses turnover and employee engagement data to identify potential issues including, but not limited to organizational changes.

Research best practices collects data and makes recommendations to support continuous improvement of the function.Assists with other projects and initiatives as needed.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Industrial Psychology, HR, or related field required.3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or data analytics.

Solid understanding of HR processes / disciplines, project management, change management and experience in collecting, analysing, and reporting on HR data.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Positive attitude and resilience to meet multiple deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

Tactical, critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI) and HRIS tools and applications such as SuccessFactors and Rankmi or related tools experience preferred.
