Recruitment and selection of talent in line with organization requirements , this role will also assist the HR Manager with the delivery of all human capital services across the group and perform a range of HR tasks to support accurate implementation of Spesnet Group policies and procedures and facilitate the effective functioning of various aspects of HR in support of group objectives.

  • Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates via P-Net, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals
  • Make sure that the recruitment function is compliant with the various labour law regulations
  • Make sure that recruitment is in line with EE target as set by the business
  • Compile and publish internal and external vacancy adverts
  • Liaise with agencies and external suppliers when required
  • Oversees the overall production of internal recruitment communications
  • Collect recruitment data to support business initiatives and efficiency improvement.
  • Implement recruitment and selection projects that are aligned to business needs,
  • Create regular reports on the recruitment numbers and patterns
  • Ensure that induction and probation is followed by relevant manager / supervisor
  • Assist HR Manager with ad hoc projects e.g. survey, scorecard completion rate etc.
  • Measure effectiveness / success of recruitment portals
  • Assist with the implementation of engagement programs throughout the year
  • Respond to queries from managers and staff, understanding their issues and ensuring policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools are available and correctly applied to support them;
  • Make sure that managers are having probation discussion with new employees and that they are loaded on Scubed
  • Strategically collaborate with and build relationships across functional divisions.
  • Upon resignation of an employee, confirm with relevant manager if any recruitment action is required
  • Ensure that all relevant termination documentation is received timeously and submitted to the Payroll Department. Qualification in HR or similar 3 years’ work experience in IT recruitment and selection Industry specific experience and knowledge e.
