KEY RESULT AREAS : Support team infrastructureDiary, stationery and office equipment management.Screening calls, re-routing where necessary and taking messages DirectorMonitor and manage emails on behalf of principal Director to ensure swift responses and action.
Act as a gatekeeper for the Director-s office.Arrange travel bookings and foreign currencyMake appointments and co-ordinate diaries for meeting, workshops, conferences, training, etc.
Facilities management for meetings, workshops and conferences which would also include arranging parking, refreshments, venues, etcManage the admin of on boarding and off boarding team membersTake minutes and ensure action items are executed within their deadlines.
typing; create & update presentation slides, draft basic correspondence, manage information management.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS : At least 5 years secretarial experience supporting more than 6 senior teamComputer literacy MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
Strong organisation and co-ordination skills.Good project management skillsGood communication skills, Excellent written and verbal communications skillsGood team player, Strong work ethic with a sense of urgencyConscientiousness / Integrity.
