Bonne Garde Support has an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Administrator (BGS) to be based at the Umhlanga Office in Durban.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Mozambique team with administration functions across all departments being Operations, Marketing, Online, Digital Marketing and Business Partners. Minimum

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2-year experience within an administration-related role.* Competent in MS Office products.* Valid Drivers Licence.
  • Advantageous : * Relevant Diploma / Degree. Responsibilities : * Planning and roll out of marketing campaigns / strategies for mobile betting to increase the mobile customer base nationally.

  • Consolidation and submission of subsistence and travel claims.* Liaise with Business Partners and operations for order numbers and approvals.
  • Facilitate domestic flights and accommodation bookings.* Ordering of stationery, stock and other necessary work equipment required by the IBranch Team Support.
  • Consolidation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports after its been reviewed by Ops Support.* Tracking Vehicle inspections and speed fines through maintaining an internal data base on outstanding fines and recovered fines.
  • Follow up and submission of Tax Invoices to finance.* Follow up with Payroll for terminated team members and update records.
  • Planning of Mozambique Team Support hours monthly for submission to payroll.* Alerting team members within Mozambique support of large leave balances.
  • Keeping track of equipment across Mozambique team and team support.* Planning of special events and promotion for Mozambique.
  • Compiling of Asset Register to submit to finance at year end for entire iBranch Team.* Dealing with general queries from Booster teams and client queries.
  • Adhoc tasks allocated by Management. Skills and competency : * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Impressive planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.* Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced growing environment.
  • Manage data security and accessibility.* Strong people management skills and problem-solving skills.* Good report writing skills.
