Assistant Project Manager


A Tech forward company is looking for an awesome Project Manager Assistant!

Requirements :

Ideally 1 year experience in Tech / Software Project Management

Responsibilities :

  • Write spec documents (Photoshop experience not a must but a definitive plus)
  • Compile Daily Reports and sanity check results
  • Compile Monthly Analysis and sanity check results
  • Write Meeting Minutes for the Senior Project Managers
  • Facilitate priorities by taking ownership and driving certain projects together with the Senior Project Managers
  • Maintain and Update Trello Boards
  • Maintain and Update JIRA Projects
  • Ensure that time plans are followed and help the Senior Project Managers ensure prioritization throughout the business
  • Handle low priority requests self-sufficiently and structure requests for the Senior PMs
  • Process documentation
  • Conducting training and workshops on new website features
  • Website testing and QA
  • Technologies required : SQL, PHP, Photoshop
