This Role is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and generating sales for the business. This involves building valuable customer relationships, creating and generating quotes, placing orders and closing deals in order to drive sales revenue.
This Role is thus required to follow the correct sales process, engage with customers in the right way and accurately cost and advise on customer requirements.
In addition, this role is expected to follow up with customers to close deals as well as take action and invest energy to reactivate customer accounts.
New Leads Retrieval of Incoming Leads via Email or Phone Call. Generate Quotes Communicating with & Capturing Customer Orders.
Closing the Deal Continuously Following up with Customers. Unique Orders Embroidery & Buy-Outs. Customer Approvals Placing Orders, Delivery & Collections.
Walk-In Customers Selling G.Fox Products via Any Walk-In Customer. Queries, Exchanges and Credits Keeping the Customer Happy.
Reactivating Customers Continuously Reviving our Customer Base. Diploma in Sales and Marketing. 3 years minimum experience in house sales.
Goal driven individual with excellent behavioural ethics. Own reliable transport. Previous experience in Syspro Systems.
Chemical, PPE and safety knowledge. Familiar with health and safety rules. Ability to work with people from different backgrounds, cultres and traditions.
MS Office Suite including MS Outlook. Excellent communication skills.
