  • Operations, logistics and project management

  • Ensuring teams execute on regional growth targets
  • Submit project plans for growth to Project Manager clearly indicating budget implication
  • District collaboration leading the relationship with districts, regularly meeting with each district and driving sustainability through cost sharing and human resource allocations

  • Key Performance Metrics : The Regional Manager will be accountable for their teams delivery across the growth, maintenance and training functions.

    The Project Manager / Chief Operating Officer will conduct monthly KPI sessions assessing the following key metrics :

  • 80% usage
  • 40min average active time
  • Percentage of targeted schools launched
  • District engagement
  • Minimum qualification - Matric Certificate
  • Training expertise in the education sector
  • At least 5 - 8 years experience in project management and the management of teams
  • Strong planning, mentorship, and development skills
  • Strong affinity towards teamwork
  • Record keeping skills with strong IT knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven work experience in project operations management
  • Above average knowledge of administrative effectiveness and operations management
  • Good knowledge of budget planning and execution, with familiarity of business and financial principles
  • Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills ability to communicate and motivate the team * * Personal Attributes :
  • Flexible and able to multi-task : can work within an ambitious, fast moving environment, whilst also driving towards clarity and solutions;

  • Valid drivers license and own transport willingness to travel to rural areas and townships.
