Our client based in Johannesburg are looking for a integration Support Specialist to add to their dedicated team Responsiblities : Responsible for customer integration into our clients product suiteWith a Focus on website integration for E-CommerceThe successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the trust of customers and partners by ensuring that technical queries received are handled with a highly developed sense of professional efficiencyThe Integration Support Specialist works directly with customers and partners technical teams to resolve issues and collaborates closely with various stakeholders across the clients technical and business unitsThe successful candidate will have a keen sense of relaying technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner to all customersProvide first and second line support to merchants during their implementation of selected payment servicesAnswer all merchants integration related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live supportManage incidents as related to the integration (investigation,troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking and analysis of incidents)Partner internally with Business Support, Sales, Software and Web Development to resolve issues that arise during customer trialsintegrations, or post implementation supportAdvise Management on support issues which impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actionsManage, update and develop third-party cart plugins to integrate into required supported payment servicesAssists customer service and operational support teams as needed to cover high volume support callsFollows all required support processes and protocol and set out by Customer Service ManagerUse all available resources to resolve or escalate customer incidents per established guidelines, processes, and service level agreementsIdentify recurring incidents and trends, and escalate appropriatelyMust Haves for the Position : Proficient with PHP, Curl, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSSLAMP Stack, basic Linux / Windows AdministrationGood knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web servicesProficiency with IT concepts (networking, FTP, etc.
