Job Description

  • Our Client, a company based in Gauteng, is looking for a Construction Site Manager to join their team. The minimum requirements for this position include;
  • National diploma / degree in Construction / NQF Level 6 equivalent depending on complexity of the construction project / site (this is non negotiable), Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite

    and at least 5 years experience post graduate experience in the construction industry. The chosen candidate will be planning daily planning of construction manpower, delegating and supervising site personnel, ensuring projects are managed in line with the production / project plan, ensuring that work complies with building regulations, Suspending work proceeding in a non-compliant or unsafe manner, ensuring completed houses comply with NHBRC standards, local municipal standards and company standards, ensure that the company health and safety standards are met on site, including all legal and regulatory site requirements, ensuring that company standard operating procedures and quality guidelines are followed on site, monitoring the building process and conducting regular inspections on work done by construction teams among many other duties.
