Local IT / Communications concern in Somerset West is seeking to employ an energetic, customer orientated Junior Call Centre / Customer Service Agent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate who would like to build a career in Customer Service. Duties include : Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Log tickets for Support Following call center scripts when handling different topics Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information.
Update Customer profile Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Assist with standard call out quotations Requirements Matric Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Only candidates residing in Western Cape will be shortlisted
