Learnerships are only available for individuals aged 18 to 27;Bursaries are only available to individuals that have passed grade 12 or an equivalent qualification with the required university acceptance or admission;
Learnerships require;A passed Grade 12 certificateEnglish literacyComputer literacyDHR retains its right to amend or change the terms as required;
DHR will apply selection criteria based on grade 12, or in the case of current grade 12 enrolments, a grade 11 or preliminary grade 12 result will suffice;
Internal application of an employee will take into account performance and service history;Although DHR is seen as an equal opportunity employer, preference will be given to applications from individuals that are deemed as previously disadvantaged although all applications will be reviewed;
Staff and staff childrenAll staff that have employment of 12 months or longer are eligible to apply or to apply on behalf of their children;
