Job Description

Inbound and Outbound customer service through calls, emails and web-chat for a large South Africa parcel delivery service.

Job-Related Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Required

  • Customer Care - making sure customers are dealt with professionally at all times
  • Numeracy able to calculate and assist with claims costs
  • Writing - correct use of grammar and spelling when conversing with customers, agents and branches
  • Telephone Etiquette - being polite, empathetic and going the extra mile

  • Quality adherence to all prescribed quality and compliance guidelines for all types of customer communication
  • Team work able to work as part of bigger team and proactively respond to changes. These could include assisting with fluctuations in call or chat volumes, or outbound administrative work.
  • Matric

    Additional Information

    Must be able to work the following operational hours :

    08 : 00am to 18 : 00pm Monday to Saturday ,

    Sunday and Public holidays 09 : 00am to 15 : 00pm.
