Job-Related Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Required
Customer Care - making sure customers are dealt with professionally at all times
Numeracy able to calculate and assist with claims costs
Writing - correct use of grammar and spelling when conversing with customers, agents and branches
Telephone Etiquette - being polite, empathetic and going the extra mile
Quality adherence to all prescribed quality and compliance guidelines for all types of customer communication
Team work able to work as part of bigger team and proactively respond to changes. These could include assisting with fluctuations in call or chat volumes, or outbound administrative work.
Must be able to work the following operational hours :
08 : 00am to 18 : 00pm Monday to Saturday ,
Sunday and Public holidays 09 : 00am to 15 : 00pm.
