A well established firm based in Emmarentia is looking for an *Office Administrator* *

Duties :

  • Not a high-level position
  • Will be the office administration support
  • Will be doing a lot of typing
  • Answering the phone
  • Assisting the Accountant with very basic bookkeeping administration such as PAYE submission / UIF / VAT (the firm will provide training for all of this)
  • Any other ad hoc duties pertaining to office administration *
  • Requirements :
  • Matric
  • Matric
  • Bookkeeping experience (beneficial not essential)
  • 1 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Good typing skills (essential)
  • Good administration experience (essential)
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license (essential)
  • English speaking
  • Greek speaking (beneficial not essential) *Computer Literacy : *
  • MS Office suite
  • Pastel (advantageous)
