Job Description :
International Transport & Logistics company has a vacancy for a National HR
Business Partner in Jetpark, Gauteng. Handle all HR matters for various branches. Travelling is required to the KZN, WC an EC regions.
Strong Bargaining Council, Main agreements & CCMA experience are essential for this role.
Main job function
Interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in the resolution of HR issues
Offer HR support and advice to management and staff
Provide expertise and support to Line Managers
Provide assistance for BEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development initiatives
Participate in staff inductions
Conduct entrance and exit interviews
Assist with general matters relating to HR
Conduct HR surveys and audits
Efficiently manage HR queries
Representation and correspondence with Labour Department, CCMA, Bargaining Council and Trade Unions
Participate in facilitating training for supervisors / managers on Labour Relations
Handle all Recruitment matters
Act as liaison between the company and recruitment agencies
Qualifications : Matric
National Diploma / certificate in HR or similar
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to use own initiative with minimal supervision
Must have well developed knowledge of and experience in the application of HR procedures and practices
Must have experience working with Unions and Bargaining Councils
Must have sound working knowledge of South African legislation, especially the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act
Be able to adapt to a changing environment
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
