As an Account Manager in the Coca Cola CBL Insights team you are responsible for delivering best in class insights that effectively meets our client’s needs and are responsible for managing all areas of client engagement and relationship building.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • Delivering first tier insightsand strategic recommendations that demonstrate a sound understanding of your data and client’s business, requiring little input from the Account Director
  • Handling the day-to-day business conversations / interactions with your client to maintain and grow client relationships including meetings, regular catch-
  • up calls and weekly status updates on your projects. Though you will have project execution support, you will need to be hands on and up to speed on project progress at any stage to be in a position to provide necessary feedback or updates when required

  • To motivate, guide and instruct your project execution partners to help with the delivery of quality outputs, timeously, to our client but ultimately you are the go-
  • to-person and main daily contact accountable to deliver the required outputs to client

  • Demonstrate thought leadership and problem solving abilities
  • Developing and coaching newer team members, senior researchers in the team and your Project Execution partners on the CBL protocol
  • Providing support to the Execution team on their tasks when needed to ensure smooth running of projects and adherence to timelines
  • You are also overall responsible for your markets and project deadlines, and to work via your project execution partners to execute tasks and deliverables timeously, efficiently and profitably and to continuously think of smarter and better ways to execute and optimise deliverables
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and problem solve abilities
  • As a senior team member, you need to be autonomous, able to run projects on your own, take full ownership of tasks and be accountable for them
  • CAPABILITIES

  • 5 years relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy
  • Regularly compiling insights and developing strategic recommendations
  • Regularly presenting action-oriented presentations to clients
  • Demonstrable project management skills while not required for your day to day, a good understanding of the complexities is required for integration with multi stream ways of working
  • A track record of developing incremental business
  • Excellent quantitative practitioner with a curious mind and thirst for knowledge and learning
  • Exceptional English communication (written and verbally)
  • Able to communicate confidently and persuasively across departments
