Implement defined standards; policies and procedures in line with TIA, ISO methodologies.

Maintain a comprehensive capacity plan for Teraco. This includes, but is not limited to, power, space and cooling.

Work with third party vendors and suppliers to ensure acceptable service levels are met and necessary services are performed, and to be informed of latest changes and improvements in the data centre market segment.

Respond to and perform miscellaneous duties as directed by management. o Interact with all areas of the Teraco business.

Assisting ensuring consistent optimization of all systems (hardware & software) to achieve business target

Apply project management principles for all internal and external projects. o Project manage customer projects.

Project manage capex projects for Teraco.


Maintain continuous uptime status by applying, amongst other things, standards, guidelines and processes.

Control and keep cabling, environmental monitoring and access control in a sound working order.

Coordinate carrier and customer deployments and installations. o Skills transfer and training sessions.

Ensure process implementation and operation thereof are coordinated across all Segments. Assist with developing business cases.

Develop Standards and implement best practice guidelines.

Provide support and assistance to the business.

General reports on all aspects of environmental utilities, access control, tickets logged, incidents and any information as required by management.

Stay abreast with current technology changes and product enhancements

Provide accurate capacity planning and utilization reports

Complete Projects in time, on budget and according to Teraco quality standards.

Oversee project build, ensuring standards and qualities are applied in accordance with Teraco standards

Standards and guideline certification

Assist with complex challenges such as hot spots and or power spikes.

Assist sales on a technical level.

Adhering to ticket response times.

Report on project tasks.

Control incidents in workplace

Ensure that all control measures are implemented and maintained

Aware of responsibilities under the Health and Safety act
