We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Voice Agent who is self-driven with strong customer service, retentions, data capturing and tele-sales experience.
The Voice Agent will ensure that all inbound and outbound calls are answered and handled in a professional manner. The Voice Agent is expected to have a full understanding of the business.

What's the role?
You will be responsible for :
Handling of all inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
The provision of Customer Service, following up on queries, providing timeous feedback with the most appropriate responses, with good analytical and prompt decision making skills
Handle irate customers, negotiate and resolve problems in an amicable and professional way
The capturing of customer details in an accurate manner
Upholding the highest levels of integrity and fairly representing the company in a reputable and professional manner in all correspondence with customers
Ensuring that there is general consistency in all solutions provided
Embracing continuous learning and have a full understanding of the business
Embracing of new ways of working in unpredictable environments
To timeously report any technical challenges to avoid any negative impact on the customers and the business
Execution of ad-hoc duties and the administration of Key Stakeholder meetings
Building and maintaining good relations with various departments within the company
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer service telephonically and general admin
Proven working experience in customer service environment (a focus on retentions will be advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
