As an Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administering of all clocking (including overtime & short time).
Tasks and outputs
Assist with the following :
Handling all time and attendance queries
Booking of all leaves on SACO system and Pay Space
Updating hours on the SACO system.
Print and distribute tracs to various departments
Manage the SACO system and liaise with Client & employees.
Responsible for all approved overtime and amendments on the SACO system.
Assist the Senior Payroll Administrator with time & attendance & Payroll related queries.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
Assist with filling as and when required.
Assist with the ad hoc activities as an when required
Generate weekly reports & monthly reports.
Minimum Requirements or other Relevant Qualifications / Experience
Grade 12 (Matric) a must.
HR / Payroll certificate will be advantageous
Thorough understanding of payroll pay-rules and shift systems
Able to work accurately
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role.
Payroll experience will be advantage
Knowledge of SACO system (T & A) is essential
Computer Literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook
Previous Payroll work experience will be beneficial
Assertive, organized, and proactive
Must have own transport
Good administration and typing skills
