A Performance Analyst must have a strong background in advertising / marketing with good technical knowledge / understanding of the operational aspect of the digital media platforms too i.

e. Google Products, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, 3 rd party buying direct Media Owners or through programmatic guarantee Must be able to run / understand SEM campaigns, Display Buying through Media Owners / Programmatic, Reporting and analyzing data - drawing insights and recommendations.

Other key requirements include; · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Effective team management capabilities, leading by example A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints · External stakeholder management Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc · Assist in developing strategy to actively optimize digital marketing channels for our clients (paid and organic), including social, search & programmatic.

  • Coordinates and / or facilitate trainings for Performance Team and Digital Planners, for SEM and Paid Social Media basics.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital to oversee key vendor relationships. · Oversee and ensure that all reports are sent in a timely manner meeting deadlines.
  • Compile reports as needed, draw insights from data and make recommendations on how to increase efficiency of media buys · Establish operating processes and ensure best practice for ongoing management of campaigns · Working with the department head to identify client growth, upselling and cross selling.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of buying platforms and know how to leverage available features and solutions to accomplish various marketing objectives · Work with the client and internal / external teams to manage Paid Media campaigns & deliverables · Refine and manage internal standards across all of the businesses paid search services.
  • Attend client meetings, develop long-lasting client relationships, and become seen as a senior strategic voice of authority.
  • Manage strategy efforts and projects, involved with projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines.
  • Media strategy across a variety of clients in line with KPIs specified for each : use market research and competitive trends to generate insights that inform recommendations, research and understand demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences.
  • Generate and drive insights for client around media, brands, consumers, and experiences. · Manage measurement, analytics, data gathering, and reporting for clients.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and expertise across clients and internal projects. · Oversee development of strategic direction through to creative execution.
  • Overseeing the media planning and buying to ensure its in line with the media strategy. · Overseeing post campaign reporting and evaluations to be done to ensure that all KPIs are met.
  • Reporting the numbers within the framework of the KPI document on a quarterly basis. · Compilation of all necessary presentations and delivery thereof to clients.
  • Research, report, and analyze competitive activity. Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of research, measurement, and strategy work for teams.
  • Identifying client KPIs, developing a strategy to attain the goals and managing the team that are executing the actions of achieving the goals · Developing reporting dashboards · Assist with the technicalities around DMP, API integration etc.
  • Ensure the strategic excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs · Maximize team output and efficiencies through co-ordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
  • Effectively delegate to team members and manage team workload · Mentor junior team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path The ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives / projects in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline. Google Certification and Facebook certification · A minimum of 8 years experience in digital media strategy, planning and buying · Previous recent experience working in an agency environment at senior level.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising landscape, the unique technical aspects of the medium, and their impact on the development and execution of media strategies · Digital native, expertise in all Digital channels : PPC, SEM, Content, Social, Programmatic, Premium Buying etc.
  • Experience in effectively managing budgets · Strong interpersonal skills · A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
