Job Purpose : To prepare food and provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to all the customers (both internal and external) as per the set standardsEnsure that the quality & quantity standards of preparations and presentations are adhered to in the section.
Ensures hygiene and cleanliness of his / her area at all times.Judging quality of raw material & providing quality finished products.
To follow safety rules and procedures at work.To carry out any additional tasks as assigned.Should maintain awareness of food cost, ensure minimum spoilage and wastage at all times.
Graduate from a Hotel Management Institute or Food Production Course from a reputed institute advantageous.1 years relevant experience.
Ability to work without supervision.Team orientation and goal Orientated.
