Our client requires the service of an E-Learning Graphic Designer to enhance learning through the design of graphical illustrations and animations.
Duties
Key Performance Areas :
Analyse Design Requirements
Meet with Instructional Designer and stakeholders to determine design requirements
Present appropriate solutions to stakeholders
Design visual themes for learning interventions
Design visual themes for learning campaigns or new learning programmes
Design graphics and / or animations to enhance learning
Design static graphics to illustrate learning concepts
Design 2D and 3D animations to illustrate learning concepts
Maintain visual components of the company’s brand
Ensure that all courses align to the company’s brand requirements
Ensure efficiency of publishing and QA process of Group eLearning Courses
Liaise with external provider to ensure that Group eLearning Courses are published, QA’d and distributed
The successful candidate must have :
Matric with a Graphic design or relevant qualification
5 7 years 3D Max and Photoshop experience
5 - 7 years after effects experience would be advantageous
Knowledge of adult learning and design principles
Knowledge of QCTO standards, ADDIE, Blended learning approaches and SAP LMS
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans (written & verbal)
Excellent computer literacy
Must be proficient in the usage of G-Suite Applications
Planning and organising skills
Displays sound judgment and decision-making ability
Problem solving skills
