Your key job responsibilities as the HR Administrator in Cape Town will include : - Organizing and maintaining personnel records-

Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides- Assisting with the revision of company policies- Responding to team queries about HR-

related issues- Assisting with the management of team gratitude and reward programs- Arranging collaborative fun activities as part of the People culture calendar-

Assisting the payroll team with the collation of relevant employee information- Liaising with external partners- Assisting with People reports and presentations on People metrics-

Assisting with event planning and coordination- Participating in People projectsRequirements for this HR Administrator job in Cape Town : -

Proven work experience in an administrative role- Computer literacy MS Office applications, in particular- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects-
