Alam Ellahi and Associates The employer wellestablished and highly recognised leading global LAW FIRMs Global Business Centre based in SandtonCBD the Head Office in the UK with over 40 offices internationally The purpose of the position is to deliver on marketing operations activities and providing marketing business development support practices within the Global Business Services Centre SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Matric Degree Certificate Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications English or related field 1 year experience in the Marketing Industry 1 year experience in the Legal industry desirable Apply alam ellahi co za This position demands exceptional quality attention to detail a high cali e of written English and strict adherence to predetermined deadlines in a high pressure environment Ability to deliver on a task independently Must have an understanding of the organisation in order to deal with any general queries Shift pattern of 42 5 hours per week as agreed on an individual basis but falling between 07 00 and 23 00 SA time Monday to Friday It may be required to work overtime from time to time Key Responsibilities Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop draft and design content for credential pitches ochures directories and award submissions events materials client alerts and client business summaries to support the firms business development requirements Monitor the firms tone of voice and its application across its marketing and other materials Research and review relevant market industry competitive and business information for the preparation of relevant content Support the experience capture process database and assist in maintaining records Work with the M BD teams to review and update fee earner biography information Provide support for the preparation of directories and award submissions drafting process Maintain the directories and award submissions database Collaborate with practice area region and industry Marketing and Business Development teams to update the credentials database Leverage the company s pitch best practices to ensure pitch materials are consistently kept up to date clientfocused compliant and easy to evaluate Prepare and maintain client business summaries in support of business development opportunities Assisting the M BD teams to update and maintain the firms CRM database including engaging with lawyers assistants to help resolve contact data issues queries and assist with production editing and mailing of client alerts white papers and other client communications Perform additional duties or responsibilities which fall reasonably within the ambit of the job description or in accordance with operational requirements Maintain data integrity Ensure high quality assurance of records Adhere to agreed Service level agreements to meet business requirements Ensure systems and processes used to support marketing activities are managed and promoted in an integrated and consistent manner across the Firms international network of offices GDPR processes data compliance data protection principles and best practice firm wide Additional duties or responsibilities performed as required Please be advised that we have the following Response Handling process to follow in conjunction with the employer It is important that one takes note of this so as to manage ones expectations from the time of application of the position Applicants to complete screening form and submit back to recruiter in word format for screening Recruiter will assess and conduct telephonic screening Applicant will be invited by Recruiter for a physical interview Recruiter will submit Screening form CV integrity and qualification checks to employers HR Department Suitable candidates will be invited for screening interview and assessments in Sandton Final Round of physical interviews will be conducted in Sandton CBD Offers will be made to successful applicants on condition that all references qualifications are certified and acceptable to the employer Should you be keen to pursue the employer requires a separate signed motivation for your application encompassing the following Your general interests Interest in the role itself How your current and or previous skills expertise experience is transferrable to what the company is looking for in this role Please note that we are looking for individuals with good quality CV s that have listed relevant duties and working experience and reasons for leaving Please complete screening questions ONLY if you meet the requirements Apply alam ellahi co za
