  • Quality assurance adjudication orders by referencing applicable laws, case law, the Practice Directive including the Quality Assurance Procedure.
  • Conduct legal research to provide relevant commentary for consideration.
  • Develop, and timeously update a spreadsheet of all allocated adjudication orders for quality assurance.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports quality assured.
  • Attend training and feedback sessions on adjudication and quality assurance
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • A post graduate degree will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a legal environment, drafting legal documents.
  • Previous experience in a dispute resolution environment will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Legal Research skills
  • Strong intellect, attention to detail with an understanding of interpretation of statutes.
  • Drafting skill

  • Have knowledge of systems and information systems.
  • MS Word & MS Excel skills
